Ola Electric Rolls Out In-App Service Booking Nationwide

Ola Electric has launched a nationwide in-app service appointment feature, allowing customers to book vehicle servicing directly through the Ola Electric mobile application. The rollout, announced on December 1, 2025, is part of the company's broader Hyperservice initiative aimed at improving after-sales support.

The new feature enables users to select preferred service time slots, monitor service progress, and manage all service-related requirements within a single digital platform. According to the company, this eliminates traditional booking methods and centralizes the service experience.

Operating on a direct-to-consumer model, Ola Electric manages customer interactions without intermediaries. The company states this approach provides transparency and ensures customers receive genuine parts through standardized service procedures.

A spokesperson for Ola Electric described the launch as a significant step in the Hyperservice vision, emphasizing trust, convenience, and transparency. The spokesperson noted that the feature gives customers greater control and visibility over their service needs.

The company recently announced plans to expand Hyperservice into an open platform. This expansion will make Ola's spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules accessible to independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators nationwide—a first for the Indian EV sector.

The initiative aligns with Ola's India Inside strategy, which focuses on building integrated domestic platforms across batteries, software, and service infrastructure.

Ola Electric, headquartered in Bengaluru, operates the Ola Futurefactory in Tamil Nadu for EV production and components manufacturing. The company maintains a direct-to-customer distribution network with thousands of stores across India and conducts research and development operations in India, the UK, and the US.
