Ola Electric plans network expansion with 500 touchpoints by March 2023
The experience centres allows EV enthusiasts to experience Ola’s EV technology and gather information regarding the vehicles.
Starting online, Ola Electric - the largest two wheleer EV maker is banking on physical stores to penetrate deeper into the country.
The maker of S1 scooter is expanding its footprint from 200 touchpoints to 500 touchpoints by March 2023, the company said in a statement.
"The Experience Centres also double up as one-stop destinations for all the post-sales care and maintenance of Ola scooters" informed Anshul Khandelwal, CMO, Ola Electric
Ola which is also looking to target tier III and IV cities are looking to include smaller towns as part of its network outreach strategy.
Having started with few a hunderds, the monthly volumes at Ola Electric has crossed 18,245 units.
At present 80% of the company’s customers live within a 20 km radius of an Ola Experience Centre, claims the company.
The experience centres allows EV enthusiasts to experience Ola’s EV technology and gather information regarding the vehicles. They also enable customers to avail test rides of the S1 and S1 Pro, seek assistance from executives in their buying decisions, get details on financing options, and culminate into their purchase journey on the Ola app.
