Ola Electric Mobility Limited on Saturday announced the launch of ‘Ola Insiders’, a community program for its existing customer base of over 1 million riders across India. The initiative is designed to offer structured benefits around vehicle upgrades, additional purchases and referrals.

Under the program, Gen 1 and Gen 2 scooter customers can upgrade to the latest Gen 3 S1 portfolio and Roadster motorcycles with benefits of up to ₹50,000. This includes access to models powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell variants.

Existing customers can also purchase an additional Ola vehicle under the same registered name and avail benefits of up to ₹20,000. These include cashback offers and MoveOS upgrades.

The referral component allows customers to earn up to ₹5,000 in Ola credits on successful delivery of a referred vehicle, while the referred buyer receives a cashback of ₹1,000.

A company spokesperson said the program formalises engagement with its rider base and aims to support upgrades, encourage multi-vehicle ownership within households and expand adoption through referrals.

Ola Electric currently offers the Gen 3 S1 scooter range and the Roadster X motorcycle portfolio. The Gen 3 S1 lineup includes the S1 Pro+ in 5.2kWh and 4kWh configurations, and the S1 Pro in 4kWh and 3kWh variants. Prices range from ₹1,24,999 to ₹1,90,338 depending on configuration.
