Ola Electric Launches Festive Season Campaign with Limited-Time Pricing
Electric vehicle manufacturer Ola Electric has announced its "Ola Celebrates India" campaign for the festive season, featuring a nine-day promotional pricing event called "Muhurat Mahotsav" that began on September 23, 2025.
Under the promotion, select Ola Electric vehicles are being offered at reduced prices starting at ₹49,999. The campaign includes the S1 X 2kWh scooter and Roadster X 2.5kW motorcycle at ₹49,999, while the S1 Pro+ 5.2kWh scooter and Roadster X+ 9.1kWh motorcycle are priced at ₹99,999 during the promotional period.
The company is offering limited units daily on a first-come, first-served basis, with specific time slots announced each morning through its social media channels. Both the S1 Pro+ 5.2kWh and Roadster X+ 9.1kWh models featured in the promotion include 4680 Bharat Cell battery packs.
"The Muhurat Mahotsav is not just about never-before prices - it's about making world-class EVs accessible to every Indian household," an Ola Electric spokesperson stated. The company positions the campaign as connecting traditional Indian values with modern transportation technology.
The promotional pricing represents significant reductions from Ola Electric's regular product lineup. The company's standard S1 scooter range includes models priced from ₹81,999 to ₹1,69,999, while its Roadster motorcycle series ranges from ₹99,999 to ₹1,89,999 under normal pricing.
Ola Electric's current product portfolio spans multiple configurations across its S1 scooter and Roadster motorcycle lines. The premium S1 Gen 3 series includes Pro+ models in 5.2kWh and 4kWh configurations, alongside Pro variants in 4kWh and 3kWh options. The company also offers mass-market S1 X+ and S1 X variants with different battery capacities.
The company recently announced new products at its annual "Sankalp" event, including vehicles integrated with 4680 Bharat Cell technology. Deliveries for the S1 Pro+ 5.2kWh and Roadster X+ 9.1kWh models are scheduled to begin during the Navratri festival period.
Additionally, Ola Electric introduced the S1 Pro Sport, a new sports scooter category entry featuring 5.2kWh and 4kWh battery options powered by 4680 Bharat Cell technology. The S1 Pro Sport carries an introductory price of ₹1,49,999, with deliveries planned for January 2026.
Ola Electric operates manufacturing facilities in Tamil Nadu through its Futurefactory and maintains research and development operations across India, the UK, and the US. The company distributes its vehicles through more than 4,000 company-owned stores across India, along with online sales channels.
The "Ola Celebrates India" campaign reflects the company's strategy to increase market penetration during India's peak festive season, when consumer spending on vehicles traditionally increases. The limited-time pricing approach aims to attract price-sensitive customers while maintaining regular pricing for its broader product range.
