Ola Electric Mobility’s board of directors is scheduled to meet on October 5, 2026, to consider and decide on a proposed rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares worth up to ₹1,000 crore. The meeting will be held on October 5 or after the company receives in-principle approval from the stock exchanges or other required regulatory authorities, whichever is later.
The proposed issue will comprise partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The company has not yet disclosed the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date or payment mechanism. These matters are among those to be considered by the board.
