Odysse Electric Appoints Sudhir Goel as Co-Founder in Leadership Expansion

Odysse Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. announced on Tuesday the appointment of Sudhir Goel as Co-Founder, marking a strategic shift in the company's leadership structure as it positions itself for accelerated growth in India's electric vehicle market.

Goel brings over 28 years of experience across the automotive, engineering, and electric vehicle sectors to the Mumbai-based premium electric two-wheeler manufacturer. His career includes leadership positions at Ford Motor Company in Japan, Jay Ace Technologies (a JP Minda Group company) where he served as CEO, and Greenfuel Energy Solutions as President of Lithium Batteries. Most recently, he has worked as an independent consultant advising EV companies on scaling operations.

In his new role, Goel will focus on streamlining supply chain and manufacturing processes while strengthening the company's retail footprint. The appointment is designed to balance entrepreneurial agility with professional management as Odysse Electric transitions from startup to an established player in the Indian EV sector.

"Odysse Electric is no longer just a new startup; we are a significant player in the national mobility conversation," said Nemin Vora, Founder and CEO of Odysse Electric Vehicles. "The appointment of Sudhir Goel as Co-Founder is a testament to our evolution. His professional pedigree and track record will provide the structural backbone we need to drive long-term growth."

Goel stated he was excited to join the company at this stage. "The company has built a strong foundation with innovative products and a clear vision. I look forward to leveraging my experience to scale operations, strengthen the EV ecosystem, and drive Odysse towards becoming a significant player in the sustainable mobility revolution," he said.

Vora will continue to lead the company's vision and product development in collaboration with Goel. Odysse Electric, part of the Vora group of companies, manufactures electric scooters and bikes designed for various rider segments and collaborates with global EV component manufacturers and mobility technology specialists.
