Oben Electric Plans Expansion to 20+ Showrooms in Delhi-NCR by FY26
Oben Electric expands retail network in North India amid rising demand for electric commuter motorcycles, targeting broader market reach by 2026.
Oben Electric, an Indian electric motorcycle manufacturer, has announced plans to expand its retail footprint with over 20 showrooms in the Delhi-NCR region by the end of FY26. The move is part of a broader strategy to strengthen its presence across North India, where the company currently operates 18 showrooms across five states, including Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
The expansion follows strong customer response to the recent launch of the Rorr EZ Sigma, a commuter-focused electric motorcycle. Priced from ₹1.27 lakh, the model features a 3.4 kWh and 4.4 kWh battery option, offering up to 175 km of range, three ride modes (Eco, City, and Havoc), and a top speed of 95 km/h. It also includes a 5-inch TFT display, reverse mode, and Oben’s proprietary LFP battery technology, known for enhanced durability and heat resistance.
Bookings for the Rorr EZ Sigma opened at ₹2,999, with deliveries beginning August 15, 2025. The motorcycle is available for purchase both through Oben’s network and on Amazon.
Currently, Oben Electric operates 50 retail and service outlets across India, with a target to reach 150 by the end of the financial year. In North India, the brand aims to establish 70+ showrooms in the coming months, covering all major urban centers.
The company has also introduced 24/7 customer support, reporting a 90% resolution rate for service requests within 72 hours. As northern markets continue to drive a significant share of sales, Oben Electric views the region as a key pillar of its growth strategy.
Founded as a homegrown R&D-focused enterprise, Oben Electric emphasizes localized design and innovation tailored to Indian riding conditions.
