Numeros Motors Debuts India's First NFT-Based EV Loyalty Program

Numeros Motors, an indigenous electric vehicle manufacturer, launched the first NFT-backed loyalty program in India's automotive sector today in Bangalore. The initiative, developed with blockchain platform Polygon, will reward the first 1,000 Diplos electric vehicle buyers with unique digital collectibles.

The program, called "The Journey," features 10 distinct digital artworks with 100 editions each, depicting the Diplos vehicle traversing various Indian landscapes. These NFTs align with the brand's "Gets It Done" philosophy and provide owners access to an exclusive community.

"Diplos was built for those who move forward, challenge limits, and embrace new possibilities," said Shreyas Shibulal, Founder and CEO of Numeros Motors. "This NFT initiative is our way of recognizing and celebrating our customers who believe in our vision."

NFT holders will receive priority customer service, invitations to exclusive events, and access to premium merchandise. The digital assets are soul-bound, meaning they remain permanently linked to their original owners.

The NFT program coincides with Numeros Motors' plan to open its first company-owned and operated store in Bangalore this April.

Blockchain technology ensures the authenticity and exclusivity of these digital collectibles, creating a new dimension of customer engagement in the electric mobility space.

The initiative represents a growing trend of traditional industries adopting Web3 technologies to enhance customer loyalty and create more meaningful brand connections.
