Netradyne, a provider of AI-powered fleet safety and performance technology, has announced a partnership with Geosecure, an Australian fleet technology company based on the Sunshine Coast.
The agreement combines Netradyne's AI-based vehicle technology with Geosecure's presence in the Australian market, where it serves clients across transport and logistics, construction and mining, utilities, government and healthcare sectors.
Netradyne's Driver-i platform monitors driving behavior in real time, using AI to flag risks such as speeding, tailgating and distracted driving as they occur. The company's DriverStars program is designed to recognize safe driving habits rather than only flag violations, an approach Netradyne says is linked to fewer risky behaviors and better driver retention among fleets that use it. An optional driver monitoring sensor is also available to detect early signs of fatigue, including in low-light conditions.
Fatigue remains a significant factor in road safety nationally, with government data cited in the announcement attributing it to a substantial share of fatal crashes in Australia. The platform also includes fuel-efficiency tracking, ranking drivers on metrics such as idling and fuel consumption.
Durgadutt Nedungadi, Senior Vice President of Europe and APAC Business at Netradyne, said Australia represents an important growth market for the company and that the partnership would support efforts to scale its technology locally.
Andrew Hutson, founder of Geosecure, said the company evaluated several technology providers before selecting Netradyne, citing its focus on preventing incidents rather than only documenting them.
Netradyne, founded in 2015 and headquartered in San Diego, operates in North America, Europe and Asia. Geosecure provides telematics, video safety and fleet optimization services across Australia.
