MRF reports 3-fold increase in third-quarter profit
Indian tyre maker MRF has reported a 3-fold increase in third-quarter profit. It reported a profit of Rs 503.94 crore compared to Rs 161.17 crore in the year ago period.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,162.46 crore in Q3 FY24 versus Rs 5,644.55 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's total expenses are Rs 5557.67 crore versus Rs 5484.72 crore in the year ago period.
Last year, MRF was among the top 15 tyre manufacturers as part of the world's most valuable tyre brands.
