Motherson Incorporates US Subsidiary For Supply Chain Services

Samvardhana Motherson International has incorporated a new subsidiary in Delaware, USA, to provide logistics and supply chain services to the automotive industry.

The company said MH Supply Chain Limited (MHSCL-US) was incorporated on September 21, 2026, with its formation appearing on the Delaware government portal on September 22. The entity will operate in logistics solutions services and is intended to provide integrated third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services globally.

MHSCL-US is a wholly owned subsidiary of MHSCL JVC Holding Limited, UAE. Samvardhana Motherson International holds a 51 percent stake in MHSCL, while the remaining 49 percent is held by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited.

Motherson US Subsidiary To Focus On Automotive Supply Chains

According to the filing, the new US entity has been established to offer supply chain solutions to automotive industry customers and support their logistics requirements. It will also provide integrated 3PL and 4PL services with a focus on supply chain efficiency, resilience and stability.

The incorporation does not require any government or regulatory approvals, according to the filing. The equity share capital will be subscribed in cash.

The initial subscribed capital comprises 1,000 shares with a face value of USD 0.01 per share. MHSCL will hold 100 percent of the shares in MHSCL-US.
