Morgan Motor Company and Pininfarina S.p.A. has introduced the Midsummer, a limited edition vehicle that celebrates over two centuries of combined coachbuilding experience.

Midsummer pays homage to the European barchetta design while showcasing Morgan silhouette, demonstrating the flexibility of Morgan's design ethos. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Midsummer features more than 400 layers of sustainably sourced teak meticulously laminated together to create sculptured wooden structures that adorn the cabin, enhancing its distinctive shoulder line, the company shared.

Each hand-formed aluminium body panel of Midsummer takes over 250 hours to create. The collaboration between Morgan and Pininfarina has resulted in a final design that is both striking and unique, embodying the essence of both brands' rich heritage and visionary design philosophies.

Limited to just 50 examples, Midsummer has already been allocated to customers following a series of exclusive preview sessions. This collaboration marks the first time that a production car is adorned with the 'Pininfarina Fuoriserie' badge.
