Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand of Murugappa Group, launched the SUPER CARGO electric three-wheeler in Bengaluru on June 11, 2025. Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand of Murugappa Group, launched the SUPER CARGO electric three-wheeler in Bengaluru on June 11, 2025. The vehicle targets the last-mile cargo delivery segment with a certified range of 200+ km and real-life range of 170 km, priced from INR 4.37 lakh (ex-showroom Bengaluru, post-subsidy).
The SUPER CARGO features a 13.8 kWh lithium-ion battery with industry-leading specifications. The vehicle produces 70 Nm torque and 11 kW peak power with 23% gradeability capability. It offers a 1.2-tonne gross vehicle weight and comes with a 5-year or 1.75 lakh km battery warranty.
Managing Director Jalaj Gupta launched the vehicle alongside Business Head Roy Kurian and CEO Saju Nair. The three-wheeler is available in three configurations: 170 cu.ft, 140 cu.ft, and tray deck variants.
The vehicle includes a Boron Steel Chassis and features the longest wheelbase in its category. Safety equipment includes front disc brakes, hill hold function, reverse assist, and seat belt provisions. Regenerative braking and multiple drive modes enhance operational efficiency.
Two variants offer 15-minute 100% charging capability through partnership with Exponent Energy. The charging solution aims to increase asset utilization for commercial operators.

The SUPER CARGO is available for booking across showrooms in over 90 cities. The vehicle comes in three cargo body variants: Tray eCX, 140 cubic feet eCX d, and 170 cubic feet eCX d+. Two additional variants (Tray eQX and 170 cubic feet eQX d+) include the quick charging option. Color options include Chilli Red, Steel Grey, Indian Blue, and Stallion Brown.
