Montra Electric Expands Presence with First e-SCV Dealership in Karnataka
The dealership in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, established in partnership with TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution Pvt. Ltd, will offer sales, service, and charging support for Montra Electric’s e-SCVs, strengthening the company’s network in the state.
Montra Electric has opened its first electric small commercial vehicle (e-SCV) dealership in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, marking a step in its expansion in Karnataka. The dealership, operated in partnership with TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution Pvt. Ltd, features a 3S facility (Sales, Service, Spares, and Charging) at 45/4, Industrial Suburb, Tumkur Road, Yeshwanthpur.
The inauguration event was attended by Saju Nair, CEO of TIVOLT Electric Vehicles, and Madhu Raghunath, CEO of TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution Pvt. Ltd, along with key stakeholders, including dealers, customers, and suppliers.
The dealership will offer Montra Electric’s latest e-SCV model, the EVIATOR, which has a certified range of 245 km and a real-world range of 170 km. Equipped with an 80 kW motor and 300 Nm torque, the vehicle is designed for commercial use and comes with a warranty of up to seven years or 2.5 lakh kilometers. It also features advanced telematics to enhance fleet management.
Speaking at the event, Saju Nair highlighted Karnataka as a key market for Montra Electric and emphasized the company’s focus on providing electric commercial vehicles and related services. He stated that the partnership with TVS Vehicle Mobility Solutions would help improve customer access to e-SCVs and after-sales support.
Madhu Raghunath noted that the collaboration with Montra Electric would strengthen the brand’s presence in the region and enhance its service network. He added that the partnership aims to provide efficient mobility solutions to meet the needs of commercial vehicle operators.
