Mobec Innovations has launched a doorstep charging facility, aiming to address the concerns of "range anxiety" and the unavailability of on-the-go charging services.

The service will be providing mobile charging vans at a customer's desired location. With the aid of Fast Charge technology, the mobile charging vans by Mobec can rapidly charge electric vehicles to an optimal 80 percent level within a short duration.

This service will initially benefit over 200,000 electric vehicle (EV) users in the Delhi-NCR region. To access the on-the-go charging service, customers can download the "Mobec Portable EV Charging" Android app from the Play Store.

By the end of the first quarter of FY 23-24, Mobec intends to extend its services to Tier-I cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Jaipur, among others. As part of this expansion, the company plans to enhance the capacity of its mobile charging units. By doing so, the company aims to cater to more than one million customers in metropolitan areas.
