MG Motor India, through its newly launched luxury brand channel MG Select, has shared a preview of its upcoming model, the MG Cyberster. This new roadster, expected to be the fastest in the brand’s history, will feature India’s first-ever electric scissor doors. The car draws design inspiration from the classic MG B Roadster from the 1960s, blending the nostalgia of the past with contemporary automotive technology and performance.

The MG Cyberster will offer innovative features, including electric scissor doors that open and close in just five seconds with a single-touch operation via the interior console, key fob, or each door. The doors are equipped with Dual Radar sensors for safety, ensuring protection when opening sideways or upwards. An anti-pinch bounce-back feature has also been included for added safety during closure.

With an emphasis on performance, the MG Cyberster is designed to offer fast acceleration and a dynamic driving experience. Its design combines sleek lines and futuristic elements, balancing the brand’s heritage with modern innovation.

MG Select, the new luxury brand channel from MG Motor India, aims to cater to customers who seek purposeful and premium experiences. The initiative includes exclusive experience centers in 12 cities and focuses on blending innovation, sustainability, and luxury. The Cyberster is part of MG Select’s vision to offer a combination of environmentally conscious mobility and timeless automotive design, creating a new standard for luxury in India.
