JSW MG Motor India has announced significant growth for its luxury retail channel MG SELECT, marking the opening of its 15th experience centre alongside crossing 1,000 unit sales since inception. The expansion positions the company as the second-largest player in India's luxury electric vehicle segment.

The network now spans 14 major cities across India, with the latest experience centre inaugurated in Jaipur on Tonk Road near Sanganer Flyover. These centres showcase the brand's flagship models: the MG Cyberster sports car and the M9 Presidential Limousine, both electric vehicles positioned in the premium segment.

The sales milestone has contributed to JSW MG Motor India's 32 percent year-to-date growth in 2025. The MG Cyberster, priced at ₹74.99 lakh ex-showroom, features acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and currently has a waiting period of four to five months. The MG M9 is available at ₹69.90 lakh ex-showroom and has gained traction in the luxury MPV segment.

Anurag Mehrotra, Managing Director of JSW MG Motor India, stated that the company is focused on creating an ownership experience where innovation meets customer expectations, targeting discerning buyers in India's electric mobility market.

The MG SELECT experience centres are designed with a gallery-like setting, emphasizing spacious, technologically advanced environments. The retail format differs from traditional automotive showrooms by prioritizing immersive customer experiences.

JSW MG Motor India was formed in 2023 as a joint venture between SAIC Motor, a Fortune 500 company, and JSW Group, an Indian conglomerate. The partnership aims to develop a diverse portfolio of vehicles with advanced technologies while strengthening local manufacturing capabilities.

The Morris Garages brand, established in the UK in 1924, originally gained recognition for sports cars and roadsters. The modern iteration operates a manufacturing facility in Halol, Gujarat, with an annual production capacity exceeding 100,000 vehicles.
