Mercedes-Benz Opens New Luxury Dealership In Lucknow, UP
Mercedes-Benz has opened a new luxury dealership in Lucknow with T&T Motors, adding a 9,000 sq ft facility and EV charging infrastructure for customers.
Mercedes-Benz India has opened a new luxury sales facility in Lucknow in partnership with T&T Motors, expanding the automaker’s retail presence in Uttar Pradesh. The dealership is part of the company’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy, which focuses on increasing customer accessibility through its retail network.
The new facility covers around 9,000 sq ft, including more than 5,000 sq ft of carpet area. It has four vehicle display bays and a dedicated handover bay, along with private and semi-private consultation areas and a Top-End Vehicles Lounge.
Mercedes-Benz said Uttar Pradesh has 10 luxury touchpoints across Lucknow, Noida, Ghaziabad, Agra, Kanpur and Varanasi. Its wider Indian retail network comprises more than 150 luxury touchpoints across over 60 cities.
Mercedes-Benz Lucknow Dealership Gets EV Charging Infrastructure
The Lucknow dealership includes EV-ready infrastructure with a 180kW DC fast charger and two charging bays. The facility also includes a dedicated handover area supported by a Key Presenter, lifestyle boutique merchandise and parking facilities.
The dealership was completed within five months, according to Mercedes-Benz India. The company said the facility's location was selected for its visibility, connectivity and concentration of existing and potential luxury car buyers.
Brendon Sissing, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Mercedes-Benz India, said Uttar Pradesh remains an important emerging market for the company and cited the expansion of its retail infrastructure as part of its customer strategy.
Mercedes-Benz Expands Uttar Pradesh Retail Network
The new Lucknow outlet is operated by T&T Motors, one of Mercedes-Benz India's long-standing retail partners. The dealership is supported by a team of 88 professionals.
Mercedes-Benz India said the Lucknow inauguration forms part of its expansion in emerging markets, with its retail strategy focused on modern sales formats, EV-ready infrastructure and customer access.
