McLaren Mumbai Wins McLaren Retailer of the Year Award for Middle East, India and Africa Region
The Mumbai outlet will now be part of the McLaren Premier Club, reserved for the luxury automotive brand's most outstanding retail partners worldwide.
McLaren Automotive has announced its regional winners for the prestigious Retailer of the Year awards, with McLaren Mumbai claiming the top spot for the Middle East, India and Africa region. This recognition marks a significant achievement for the Mumbai-based retailer, earning them exclusive membership in the McLaren Premier Club, reserved for the luxury automotive brand's most outstanding retail partners worldwide.
The annual awards evaluate retailers across multiple performance metrics, including sales figures, service quality, customer satisfaction scores, and overall business results. McLaren Mumbai demonstrated exceptional performance across all categories throughout 2024.
"McLaren is in a relentless pursuit of excellence, to not just drive innovation and the future of automotive performance but ensure our clients have an unrivalled ownership experience at every touch point," said Matt Boguradzki, Regional Director Europe, Middle East, India and Africa at McLaren Automotive. "McLaren Mumbai embody this ethos and in 2024 consistently exceeded our clients expectations to deliver an outstanding result across all business areas. I'm proud to welcome them to this year's McLaren Premier Club."
The retailer also distinguished itself by winning the Marketing Excellence award for the EMEIA region, further highlighting their comprehensive approach to representing the McLaren brand.
Lalit Choudary, Retailer Principal at McLaren Mumbai, expressed his gratitude for the recognition: "We are truly honoured to be recognized by McLaren for our achievements in 2024. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team, who consistently strive to exceed expectations for our customers. We are excited to build on this success and continue delivering exceptional performance in 2025."
Other premier retailers joining the exclusive McLaren Premier Club from the region include McLaren Vienna, McLaren Milan, and McLaren Glasgow. McLaren Vienna emerged as the overall regional winner and will compete for the coveted Global Retailer of the Year title.
Now in its ninth year, the McLaren Retailer of the Year awards are widely regarded as a gold-standard evaluation in the supercar industry. The comprehensive assessment process employs a digital scorecard to benchmark multiple business areas monthly, including new and used sales, parts, service, options uptake, and operational excellence. The evaluation system is carefully weighted to allow retailers of all sizes to compete on an equal basis.
McLaren Mumbai's achievement underscores India's growing importance in the global luxury automotive market and highlights the exceptional standards being set by the country's premium automotive retailers.
