Maruti Suzuki True Value Completes 25 Years With Over 65 Lakh Customers

Maruti Suzuki India Limited marked 25 years of its pre-owned car business, Maruti Suzuki True Value (MSTV), which has served over 65 lakh customers since entering the market in 2001 with an organised framework for pre-owned car buyers.

According to the company, MSTV’s structured vehicle evaluation, certification and warranty support have become industry benchmarks. The company also verifies a vehicle’s documentation and service history before sale.

Customers can choose from certified vehicles with verified history. Car owners can sell their vehicles to True Value through a technology-based evaluation process.

MSTV said it offers an experience comparable to new car showrooms, with digital integration and enhanced retail features.

Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance for Pre-Owned Car Purchases

The company said an increasing number of MSTV purchases are being financed. Through Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance, customers can access financing options from public and private sector banks and NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies) on an end-to-end digital platform.
