The milestone marks a significant step in Maruti Suzuki’s service network expansion, with plans to grow from 5,240 to 8,000 touchpoints by FY 2030-31.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has opened its 500th NEXA Service touchpoint, located in Mapusa, Goa. This milestone reflects the company's ongoing efforts to enhance its service network and improve customer accessibility.
Maruti Suzuki’s Managing Director and CEO, Hisashi Takeuchi, stated that the company remains committed to prioritizing customer convenience. He emphasized the importance of expanding the service network to ensure that customers can easily find service touchpoints nearby.
He also highlighted Maruti Suzuki’s future plans to scale its operations, which include increasing its annual production and sales while simultaneously strengthening its service infrastructure. The company aims to expand its total service network, including ARENA and NEXA service touchpoints, from the current 5,240 locations to approximately 8,000 by the fiscal year 2030-31.
The NEXA Service network was introduced in July 2017, offering features such as premium lounges with digital displays, mobile app integration for improved customer communication, and personalized assistance through dedicated service managers. Since its inception, the company has steadily grown its NEXA Service network. In the 2023-24 financial year, Maruti Suzuki opened 90 NEXA Service touchpoints, marking its highest annual addition to date. This financial year, 78 new NEXA Service touchpoints have already been established.
