Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Equipment Business reported domestic tractor sales of 32,643 units in July 2026, an increase of 21% compared with 26,990 units in the same month last year.

Total tractor sales, including exports, stood at 34,420 units during the month, up 20% year-on-year from 28,708 units. Export volumes increased 3% to 1,777 units.

Between April and July FY27, Mahindra sold 185,069 tractors in the domestic market, while total tractor sales reached 192,461 units, representing increases of 19% and 18%, respectively.

The July performance followed a seasonally stronger June, when Mahindra sold 58,177 tractors in the domestic market and 59,935 units overall, including exports. July domestic tractor sales stood at 32,643 units, while total volumes, including 1,777 exports, were 34,420 units, with the company continuing to register year-on-year growth despite the sequential decline.

"We have sold 32,643 tractors in the domestic market during July 2026 registering a growth of 21% over last year. Significant recovery in rainfall, improved reservoir levels, accelerated kharif sowing aided by Government support and healthy farm cashflows has led to positive rural and farmer sentiment," said Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra.
