Mahindra teases upcoming BE 6e and XEV 9e Electric SUVs
These models will make their global debut at the 'Unlimit India' event on November 26, 2024 in Chennai.
Mahindra & Mahindra revealed teaser sketches of its electric SUV lineup, the BE 6e and XEV 9e. These upcoming models signal the brand’s evolution, blending bold aesthetics with innovation. The global unveiling of these Electric Origin SUVs is scheduled for November 26, 2024.
The BE 6e and XEV 9e are designed under Mahindra’s "Heartcore Design" philosophy, which emphasises creating vehicles that form deep connections with users. The design approach combines commanding exteriors with meticulously crafted interiors, blending functionality with premium aesthetics. By leveraging dynamic styling, progressive proportions, and high-quality materials, these SUVs embody Mahindra’s pursuit of innovation and modern luxury.
Pratap Bose, Chief Design & Creative Officer at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd said “Heartcore Design” is about creating an emotional bond with customers through design. “Prepare to fall in love with our Electric Origin SUVs,” he said.
The company described BE 6e as a rule-breaking SUV with an edgy, athletic silhouette. Its sporty profile, sculpted surfaces, and aerodynamic features highlight its focus on performance and agility. On the other hand, the XEV 9e is the “ultimate expression of sophistication and performance”, offering a SUV coupe design that blends luxury with boldness.
As anticipation builds for the official debut, Mahindra’s BE 6e and XEV 9e are poised to set new benchmarks in electric mobility, redefining the future of SUVs in terms of style, performance, and emotional appeal.
