Mahindra & Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division has launched a new 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) dealership in Bengaluru, marking an expansion of its presence in Karnataka. The facility, operated by M/s NorthStar Motors Pvt. Ltd., is the 84th dealership for Mahindra Trucks and Buses and is spread across 34,000 square feet with nine service bays.

The dealership is equipped to service over eight vehicles daily and offers amenities including driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability. It supports the full range of Mahindra’s commercial vehicles, including heavy (HCV), intermediate (ICV), light commercial vehicles (LCV), and buses.

The launch was attended by Vinod Sahay, Executive Chairman of SML Isuzu Ltd. and President of Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment at Mahindra Group, who noted that Mahindra holds approximately 7% market share in the truck and bus segment, with 24% in the I&LCV bus category. The company aims to grow this to 10–12% by FY31 and over 20% by FY36.

Dr. Venkat Srinivas, ED & CEO of SML Isuzu Ltd. and Business Head of Mahindra Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, highlighted the company’s focus on customer service, citing features such as the iMAXX telematics system and double service guarantees on select models like the BLAZO X, FURIO, OPTIMO, and JAYO. These guarantees include commitments to vehicle turnaround times, with financial compensation offered if service delays occur.

Mahindra’s after-sales network now includes 88 3S dealerships, over 180 authorized service centers, 80 customer care centers, more than 2,000 spares retailers, and over 200 mobile service vans. The company also operates a 24x7 multi-lingual helpline, NOW 24x7, supported by technical experts.

The Truck and Bus division manufactures HCVs and ICVs at its Chakan, Pune plant, while LCVs and buses are produced at Zaheerabad in Telangana. All models come equipped with the iMAXX telematics platform, offering fleet monitoring, vehicle health tracking, and driver performance analytics.
