Mahindra Logistics Ltd., one of India’s largest integrated logistics solutions providers, has concluded the fourth edition of its startup incubator program, Catapult 4.0. The initiative aims to support Indian startups in developing innovative logistics solutions while enhancing operational efficiency and supply chain management.
The program included eight startups working on applications in drones, smart warehousing, material handling equipment, computer vision, and sustainability. These startups collaborated with Mahindra Logistics to integrate their solutions into real-world business scenarios. Their work was showcased at the CATAPULT 4.0 premiere day, attended by industry leaders.
Catapult provides startups with mentorship, go-to-market strategy sessions, and support in building scalable business models. The program also offers access to a co-working platform, weekly leadership guidance, on-ground product validation, and collaboration with global technology partners.
Additionally, the premiere day introduced Catapult Techathon 2.0, a competition designed for college students to develop solutions for business challenges over an eight-week period.

Participating startups included Tarsyer, Vecros, Tokere, Ignomagine, Electrike, Quargos, KaviRise, and Nebularc. Venky Nayar, Founder & CEO of Tarsyer, said, “This collaboration has helped us develop a solution that enhances visibility, control, and safety in logistics, paving the way for autonomous operations.”
Alok Das, Co-founder of Quargos, highlighted the impact of their QARGOS F9 CLV, a logistics vehicle offering a 225-litre cargo volume, 100 kg payload, and a 150 km range, with up to 90% cost reduction in urban logistics.
Sumana Mandal, Founder & Director of Ignomagine, shared how the program helped transition from a single-product company to a robotics solutions provider, introducing the EnMac series—AI-powered warehouse solutions designed for efficiency and scalability.
