Mahindra Electric Mobility (MEML) has introduced the NEMO Driver app to help its customers deal with range anxiety, and plan charging cycles to increase operational efficiency for its Treo range of electric three-wheelers.

The NEMO app, which the driver can download on their Android phone, offers several features including the Immobiliser function where customers can remotely immobilize the EV from the app in case of theft.

Another easy Navigation feature helps customers navigate the fastest route, enabling more trips and thus increased savings.

The NEMO app also lets the driver get a Vehicle Status update like state of Charge (SoC), Distance to Empty (DTE), and Time to Charge (TTC), and assists the Mahindra Customer to find his Vehicle and navigate to its accurate location.

In terms of service, it offers to contact roadside Assistance and offers service reminder Alerts, service booking, and quick access to the customer care center for faster query resolution.

"The NEMO Driver App will enhance the driving pattern of EV adopters with real-time data and increase their profitability with accurate insights while conveying the message of eco-friendliness and sustainability,” said Suman Mishra, CEO of MEML, sharing the announcement.

The NEMO app is a cloud-based platform that allows for the development of a new generation of shared and connected services to improve urban electric mobility.
