Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. expanded its aftersales service operations in Delhi-NCR on February 10, 2026, by launching a 26,000 sq. ft. training facility, deploying electric mobile service vans, and inaugurating five new service touchpoints to serve its SUV and electric SUV customers across the region.
The expansion centres on three areas. The company established the Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence, a training centre that includes an experiential learning demonstration hall for sales, mechanical service, and bodyshop operations. The facility will train service professionals to handle Mahindra's electric and conventional SUV portfolio.
Mahindra also deployed multiple electric vans across Delhi-NCR for doorstep service and maintenance of electric SUVs. These mobile units, called eVans (Electric Vehicle Assistance Network), offer periodic maintenance, washing, and minor repairs at customers' locations. The vans are equipped with battery packs with chargers, hydraulic scissor lifts, wheel balancers, and car care services. The company plans to expand eVan services to other cities.
The five new service touchpoints add the equivalent of 70 working bays to the company's service capacity in the region. The facilities include a dedicated commercial vehicle touchpoint in Northwest Delhi.
"Mahindra will scale up the aftersales infrastructure on multiple fronts, building capabilities, broadening its network and deepening its reach, as part of a holistic revamp that will set new benchmarks for service and convenience in the region," the company stated.
