Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e top variant prices revealed, starts at ₹26.9 lakh and ₹30.5 lakh
Mahindra introduces the “Three for Me” financing program, offering Pack Three variants with affordable EMIs starting at ₹39,224 and ₹45,450, alongside a balloon payment after six years, making premium EVs more accessible.
Mahindra has revealed the prices for the top variant (Pack Three) of its BE 6 and XEV 9e Electric Origin SUVs at the Unlimit India Tech Day event. This announcement follows the launch of the BE 6 and XEV 9e models in November 2024.
The prices for the Pack Three variants are ₹26.9 lakh for the BE 6 and ₹30.5 lakh for the XEV 9e, with EMIs starting at ₹39,224 and ₹45,450, respectively. The financing scheme, named "Three for Me," allows buyers to own these premium variants at the same monthly EMI as the lower-end Pack One, with a balloon payment at the end of six years.
Bookings for both BE 6 and XEV 9e will open on February 14, 2025, while phased test drives will begin on January 14, 2025. Deliveries are expected to start in March 2025.
The Pack Three variants come equipped with a 79 kWh battery, offering a range of over 500 km for both models, addressing customers' concerns about range anxiety. The vehicles also feature Mahindra’s MAIA (Mahindra Artificial Intelligence Architecture), powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 with 24 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, ensuring advanced real-time updates and connectivity.
In addition to its core features, the Pack Three offers several advanced elements to enhance the driving experience. The XEV 9e boasts an immersive 110.08 cm wide cinemascope display, while the BE 6 features a race-ready digital cockpit. The VisionX augmented-reality heads-up display (AR-HUD) provides a futuristic touch, and the Infinity Roof combined with LightMeUp ambient lighting creates a stylish atmosphere.
For a premium audio experience, the Sonic Studio offers a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos. The LiveYourMood feature allows for pre-set themes such as Calm, Cozy, and Club, accompanied by AR Rahman’s signature sonic tunes and adjustments for driver seat, ambient lighting, and climate control.
The vehicle is equipped with multiple drive modes—Range, Everyday, Race, and Boost—and an ADAS Level 2+ system, featuring five radars and a vision system for detecting various hazards. The EyeDentity system monitors driver fatigue and doubles as a selfie camera.
Secure360 ensures safety with its 360-degree camera, recording the vehicle’s surroundings and offering a live feed via a mobile app. The Autopark system, with 12 ultrasonic sensors, enables perpendicular, angular, and parallel parking, as well as reverse assist and a remote-controlled parking option.
The Pack Three variants are designed to deliver high performance, with a 210 kW motor that accelerates the BE 6 from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds and the XEV 9e in 6.8 seconds. Fast-charging capabilities allow a 20-80% charge in under 20 minutes using a 175 kW DC charger.
The "Three for Me" finance scheme is available for both variants, with the EMI structure based on the down payment of up to 15.5% and a balloon payment at the end of six years.
The phased test drives will take place across multiple cities. Starting January 14, 2025, they will cover six cities, followed by 15 cities on January 24, and a broader rollout to 45 cities on January 31, 2025.
