Lucid Group CFO Sherry House resigns; Gagan Dhingra named Interim CFO

Lucid will begin the search for a permanent replacement CFO while Dhingra takes on the interim role.

Lucid Group CFO Sherry House resigns; Gagan Dhingra named Interim CFO

Lucid Group announced today that Sherry House, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned from her position, effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities. House will continue in an advisory role until December 31, 2023, to aid in the transition of her responsibilities.

Gagan Dhingra, Lucid's current Vice President of Accounting and Principal Accounting Officer, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer with immediate effect. Dhingra, who has been with Lucid for two years, possesses extensive experience in accounting and finance, making him well-suited to lead the company through its next phases of growth and cost management.

Peter Rawlinson, Lucid's Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer, expressed gratitude for Sherry House's contributions during her tenure, acknowledging her pivotal role in key corporate milestones, such as Lucid's public listing in 2021, the production and delivery of Lucid Air, and the recent introduction of Lucid Gravity. House also expressed confidence in Lucid's future and excitement about the company's ongoing innovation.
