Kuok Meng Xiong resigns as Independent director from TVS Motor Company

Kuok Meng Xiong, tendered his resignation as independent Director from TVS Motor Company, effective August 6, the company stated in a regulatory filing. 

"Due to my increasing business commitments and personal reasons., I believe it is in the best interests of the Company to step down from the Board, as I may not be able to provide suitable time for my role as an Independent Director," Xiong stated in his resignation letter to the TVS Motors Board, dated March this year.  

Kuok Meng Xiong, who joined TVS Motors in 2021 is the Founder and Managing Partner of K3 Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital investment firm. He has rich experience and knowledge in the field of digital technology for investments by the company in digital start-ups, the company mentioned in one of its annual report.
