KTM India launched the all-new KTM 160 Duke on August 11, 2025, in Pune, pricing the motorcycle at Rs 1,84,998 (ex-showroom Delhi) to enter the premium 160cc segment with what the company claims is the most powerful motorcycle in its class.
The KTM 160 Duke features a 164.2cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 19 PS at 9,500 rpm and 15.5 Nm torque at 7,500 rpm. The motorcycle is available in three color options: Electronic Orange, Atlantic Blue, and Silver Metallic Matte.
Bookings for the motorcycle are now open through KTM's website and dealership network across India. The launch expands KTM's street motorcycle portfolio to four models ranging from 160cc to 400cc.
The motorcycle incorporates KTM's engineering features including a split trellis frame, WP Apex fork with hollow axle, bionic light wheels, 320mm front disc brake, 230mm rear disc brake, and a 5-inch LCD display. The bike weighs 147kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 10.1 liters.

The motorcycle features tubeless tires with 110/70-17 front and 140/60 R17 rear specifications. It has a wheelbase of 1,357mm, ground clearance of 174mm, and seat height of 815mm.
KTM entered the Indian market in 2012 and has established over 450 stores across the country. The brand has built a customer base of nearly half a million riders, making India its largest global market. KTM operates in India through a partnership with Bajaj Auto Limited, which holds a significant stake in KTM AG.
