KPIT Technologies Partners with Vietsol to Expand Mobility Software in Southeast Asia
MoU establishes reciprocal commercial framework to deliver vehicle software and engineering services across five regional markets.
KPIT Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Vietnam-based engineering firm Vietsol to collaborate on advanced mobility software and engineering services across Southeast Asia.
The strategic collaboration spans major regional automotive markets including Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, alongside opportunities to support selected global programs.
The agreement establishes a reciprocal commercial framework allowing both entities to jointly promote software accelerators, engineering services, and digital solutions to vehicle manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers. Under the partnership, KPIT brings its domain experience in software-defined vehicle architectures, global original equipment manufacturer relationships, and technology toolsets, while Vietsol contributes local engineering capacity and regional delivery teams.
