Kinetic Watts & Volts Partners with Jio Things for Connected EV Technology
Partnership will integrate voice assistance, smart clusters and IoT connectivity across all KWV EV models.
Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. (KWV) announced a technology partnership with Jio Things Limited on Sunday to integrate voice-assisted controls, IoT-powered smart digital clusters, and connected vehicle technologies into all upcoming Kinetic EV two-wheeler models. Jio Things is a subsidiary of Jio Platforms.
The collaboration will introduce voice-assisted vehicle interaction, smart digital instrument clusters with real-time data, connected mobility features for performance monitoring and diagnostics, enhanced infotainment applications, and telematics with cloud-based analytics for fleet operators.
Jio Things provides a unified ecosystem comprising edge devices, connectivity, cloud infrastructure, remote device management, installation support, and aftermarket services. The platform will be embedded across upcoming Kinetic Watts & Volts models.
KWV is the electric mobility subsidiary of Kinetic Engineering Ltd. The company was established in September 2022 and operates a manufacturing facility spanning 87,000 sq. ft.
