JSW Motors Limited has announced the appointment of Amit Jain as its Chief Commercial Officer, bringing more than two decades of automotive industry expertise to the role.

Jain's career has been marked by leadership positions across multiple automotive organizations, with demonstrated capabilities in sales, after-sales, marketing, and product functions. His professional background includes strengthening multi-brand businesses and implementing commercial strategies focused on customer and market needs.

Most recently, Jain held the position of Group CEO and Whole-Time Director at Jubilant Motorworks, where he focused on expanding the company's presence, enhancing profitability, integrating new brands, implementing technology solutions, and developing organizational capabilities for future growth.

Prior to Jubilant Motorworks, Jain served as Group CEO at AMP Motors, managing JLR and Ducati operations. He also held the role of CEO and Board Member at Shaman Mercedes, where he achieved growth through network expansion, customer engagement initiatives, and operational improvements. His experience additionally includes entrepreneurial work through Torque Lifestyle LLP and leadership positions at Ford India, Hero Honda, and Daimler Chrysler.

Jain's academic credentials include a Gold Medal in Mechanical Engineering from North Gujarat University and a Master's degree in Management Studies with a marketing specialization from K.J. Somaiya College. He also represented the Baroda Cricket Team in Under-16 level competitions.
