JSW Motors Limited held its inaugural Supplier Partner Conference & Tech Show on March 29 at its manufacturing facility in Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, gathering senior leadership from more than 100 auto-component businesses alongside industry stakeholders and internal teams.

The event, organised in partnership with the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), was aimed at laying out JSW Motors' product and technology roadmap and aligning supplier partners ahead of upcoming new energy vehicle launches. CEO Ranjan Nayak indicated that the company's first vehicle launch is now only months away, underscoring the urgency behind building a localised supply chain.

ACMA President Vikrampati Singhania highlighted the growing strategic importance of suppliers as the industry shifts toward electric mobility, noting that early alignment on product direction and scale is essential for enabling timely investments and capability development on the supplier side.

The conference included leadership presentations, business sessions, and a technology showcase covering design, development, manufacturing, and next-generation automotive components.

Established in 2024, JSW Motors is the passenger vehicle arm of the US$23 billion JSW Group, with a greenfield manufacturing facility under development in Maharashtra focused on electric vehicles for the Indian market.
