JSW Motors and Dassault Systèmes Announce Strategic Technology Partnership
The collaboration will deploy the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across JSW Motors' upcoming New Energy Vehicle lineup, covering design, engineering, and manufacturing operations.
JSW Motors Limited, the passenger vehicle division of the JSW Group, has announced a long-term strategic partnership with French software company Dassault Systèmes, aimed at establishing a digital backbone for its upcoming New Energy Vehicle (NEV) portfolio.
The partnership, announced in Mumbai on March 26, 2026, centers on the deployment of Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform — an integrated suite that will power product design, lifecycle management, and manufacturing execution across JSW Motors' operations.
Under the agreement, JSW Motors will adopt a Global Modular Architecture supported by 3DEXPERIENCE tools including CATIA and ENOVIA, enabling the company to develop multiple vehicle formats across NEV platforms. Simultaneously, the company will implement Dassault Systèmes' DELMIA-based Manufacturing Operations Management solution to streamline production efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint.
The partnership also establishes an integrated Product Lifecycle Management ecosystem, with a Manufacturing Execution System running on the same platform to enable end-to-end digital continuity and traceability across the value chain.
JSW Motors is currently constructing a greenfield manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. The company was established in 2024 as JSW Group's strategic entry into sustainable passenger mobility.
Dassault Systèmes, founded in 1981, serves approximately 370,000 customers globally across industries through its 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
