JSW MG Motor India has introduced the Windsor Inspire Edition that commemorates the Windsor’s 40,000 unit sales milestone. Only 300 units will be produced, making it a collector’s item and a symbol of inspiration for India’s electric mobility movement. It is priced at Rs 9.99 lakh (Ex-showroom) with BaaS and Rs 16.64 lakh (Ex-sh) without BaaS.

The Windsor Inspire edition was unveiled by Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, at his residence in Delhi. On this occasion, Shri Gadkari said, “Clean mobility is essential for our environment and also an opportunity for India to lead the world in sustainable innovation. The Windsor Inspire Edition is a symbol of how inspiration can translate into action, and how every step forward in EV adoption takes us closer to a greener tomorrow.”

Anurag Mehrotra, Managing Director of JSW MG Motor India, added,  “At JSW MG Motor India, we are always thinking ahead to create symbols of aspiration and progress. Crossing more than 40,000 units in just a year, the love and trust for the Windsor have been the driving force behind this edition. Every line, every detail reflects our commitment to innovation, design, and a sustainable future.”

MG Windsor Inspire Edition: What’s different?

The Windsor Inspire Edition features a dual-tone Pearl White with Starry Black theme, complemented by black alloy wheels and black ORVMs, lending the car a confident stance. Bespoke Inspire badging reinforces the edition’s exclusivity. Inside, the cabin showcases Sangria Red and Black leather upholstery, embroidered Inspire insignia on the headrests, and gold highlights across the cabin. A blacked-out center console armrest sharpens the premium ambience, making the cabin as indulgent as the exterior is striking.

MG Windsor Inspire Edition Accessory pack

The Inspire Edition comes with a special accessory pack that includes Rose Gold styling cues on the front grille, body side moldings, and bumper corner protectors. Additional accessories include themed 3D mats, Inspire cushions, rear window sunshades, and a premium leather key cover.

For customers looking to further personalize their vehicle, optional features such as a Skylight Infinity View glass roof animation and wireless illuminated sill plates are available at JSW MG Motor India dealerships, allowing owners to make their Inspire Edition uniquely theirs.

The Inspire Edition (38 kWh) builds on Windsor’s premium and tech-forward ethos. Its features include an Infinity View glass roof, segment-leading legroom, and 135-degree reclining rear seats, delivering comfort for all occupants. Light and responsive steering ensures an enjoyable city driving experience, while the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model lowers the entry cost, making premium EV ownership more accessible.

New i-SMART features enhance convenience and lifestyle integration. The Watch Wellness app, powered by Brilliant Wellness, allows access to curate wellness videos directly from the head unit when the vehicle is stationary. Additionally, Book My Service via Jio VR enables seamless scheduling of service appointments from the head unit itself.
