JSW MG Motor India sold 22,646 electric vehicles across India in 2024, with South India accounting for 10,698 units or 47.2% of the total sales, the company said, citing VAHAN data released on March 20, 2025.

Karnataka led the regional sales, followed by Telangana and Kerala. The strong performance in these states reflects growing consumer acceptance of electric vehicles in the southern market.

The company's EV portfolio includes the MG Windsor, which has become India's best-selling electric vehicle since its launch. The Windsor is priced at INR 9.99 lakh with an additional Battery-as-a-Service option at INR 3.9 per kilometer.

Other models in the lineup include the MG Comet, positioned as a compact urban vehicle starting at INR 4.99 lakh with Battery-as-a-Service at INR 2.5 per kilometer, and the MG ZS EV, India's first pure electric Internet SUV, priced from INR 13.99 lakh with Battery-as-a-Service at INR 4.5 per kilometer.
