JSW MG Motor India delivers 101 MG Windsors in Surat
MG Windsor achieves strong sales momentum in Surat, delivering over 10,500 units with continued customer demand.
JSW MG Motor India recently delivered 101 units of the MG Windsor, India’s first intelligent CUV, to customers in Surat. The deliveries were carried out by the MG Nanavati dealership, marking a significant milestone in the region.
Since its launch, the MG Windsor has seen strong demand, with over 10,500 units sold. The model emerged as the best-selling EV in October, November, and December 2024. It also set an industry record by securing 15,176 bookings within just 24 hours of its launch.
The MG Windsor blends the comfort of a sedan with the versatility of an SUV. Built on a ‘Pure EV Platform’, the vehicle features an aerodynamic design, spacious interiors, and advanced safety features. With an ARAI-certified range of 332 km* on a single charge, it starts at INR 9.99 Lakhs, with a Battery as a Service (BaaS) offering a battery rental of ₹3.9/km**.
The MG Windsor offers several notable features, including Aero Lounge seats with a 135° recline, a 604-litre boot space, an IP67-certified 38kWh battery, and four driving modes: Eco+, Eco, Normal, and Sport. The vehicle also includes an Infinity View Glass Roof and a wheelbase of 2700 mm for enhanced comfort and space.
In terms of connectivity, the MG Windsor incorporates the MG-Jio Innovative Connectivity Platform (ICP), providing advanced features like Home-to-Car functionality, over 100 AI-powered voice commands, and a 15.6-inch Grandview Touch Display. With 80+ connected features, including real-time navigation, remote control, and safety alerts, the Windsor aims to provide a seamless and intelligent driving experience.
The MG Windsor is available in three variants—Excite, Exclusive, and Essence—and four color options: Starburst Black, Pearl White, Clay Beige, and Turquoise Green.
