JSW MG Motor India Appoints Parth Jindal as Chairman 

The appointment takes immediate effect and follows Jindal's board tenure since the joint venture's formation.

The Board of Directors of JSW MG Motor India Private Limited appointed Parth Jindal as Chairman of the company, with immediate effect, the company announced.

Jindal has served on the JSW MG Motor India board since the formation of the joint venture and has been closely involved in shaping its product strategy, manufacturing expansion and localisation programme.

Parth Jindal's Role Across the JSW Group

He also holds several other roles within the JSW Group: Managing Director of JSW Cement, Managing Director of JSW Paints, Chairman of JSW Dulux Limited, and Director on the Board of JSW Energy. He is Founder of JSW Sports and Chairman and Co-Owner of the Delhi Capitals.

JSW MG Motor India's EV Business and MG Windsor Sales

JSW MG Motor India is a joint venture between JSW Group and SAIC Motor, combining JSW's understanding of the Indian market with SAIC's global automotive expertise. The company has sold over 1,50,000 electric vehicles since its first launch, with the MG Windsor as India's top-selling EV, and describes itself as the country's leading EV manufacturer.
