The 5-year service plan is available to all new clients and those who purchased their vehicles within the last year but have not yet completed the first periodic service.

JLR India introduces 5-year plan to enhance ownership experience

JLR India, today introduced a comprehensive service plan for new and current clients, across its House of Brands. This new offering is a 5-year service plan and will cover 5 Preventive Maintenance Services including Wear and Tear parts.

Rajan Amba, Managing Director, JLR India said, “Client ownership experience and peace of mind is of paramount importance to us at JLR, and it is our constant endeavour to ensure our clients have a seamless, hassle-free and comforting ownership experience. Our new 5- year service plan is curated after extensive market research and client feedback, ensuring the best care possible for all JLR vehicles.”

The 5-year service plan is available to all new clients and those who purchased their vehicles within the last year but have not yet completed the first periodic service. The service plan ensures clients are protected from cost inflation on labour and parts and get the reliability of JLR trained technicians and genuine parts, for the highest level of care for their vehicles.

Additionally, benefits of extended warranty and extended roadside assistance are also available to the customers through authorised retailers.
