JCBL Ltd. Delivers 106 Staff Buses to Mahindra & Mahindra
JCBL Limited completed delivery of a custom bus fleet for Mahindra & Mahindra within three months, featuring enhanced safety systems and passenger amenities to industry specifications.
JCBL Limited, a mobility solutions provider within the JCBL Group, has successfully delivered a fleet of 106 custom-designed staff buses to Mahindra & Mahindra, completing the order within three months.
The delivery, which took place at a ceremony in Ahmedabad attended by senior management from both Mahindra & Mahindra and INTAS Pharmaceuticals, represents a significant project for the transportation sector.
The buses, constructed on Mahindra's chassis platforms, feature numerous amenities designed for passenger comfort, including 17-inch wide seats, USB charging points, and fans at each seat row. Entertainment systems consist of a television and six-speaker music system, while a driver's cabin partition and digital LED route displays enhance the operational functionality.
Safety features have been emphasized in the design, with each bus equipped with a pneumatic passenger door incorporating safety sensors, individual seat belts, CCTV cameras with 30-day recording capability, a panic switch, anti-rust treatment, and a Fire Detection and Alarm System.
JCBL faced the challenge of managing concurrent product development while preparing for production. Despite these complexities, the company ensured all vehicles met Central Motor Vehicles Rules guidelines and passed required certification processes.
"Completing one of India's largest single-customer staff bus orders within just three months reflects our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction," said Dinesh Dua, Business Head of JCBL Ltd.
With over three decades in the industry, JCBL Ltd. continues to develop transportation solutions that address specific industry requirements.
