Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles announces phase-2 of Mega Service Camps across 32 cities

The phase-two service camps will be held in various cities including Jalandhar, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Dehradun, Faridabad, Indore, Salem, Kanpur, and others.

Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles announces phase-2 of Mega Service Camps across 32 cities

Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles is gearing up to launch the second phase of its Mega Service Camps, starting from April 19 and extending until the end of June. Following the completion of phase-one, where approximately 6,250 Jawa motorcycles were serviced across 36 dealerships in India, the company is ready to extend its service offerings to more cities and customers.

In phase-two of the Mega Service Camps, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles will expand its reach beyond metros into 32 Tier-II and Tier-III cities across the country. Similar to the first phase, the upcoming service camps will provide owners of 2019-2020 Jawa motorcycles with comprehensive vehicle health check-ups and the opportunity for free replacement of select parts, irrespective of the warranty status of the motorcycle.

Ashish Singh Joshi, CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, speaking on the announcement said “This is a first-of-its-kind initiative by any automotive brand in India and underscores the brand’s dedication towards customer satisfaction and elevating ownership experience. By entering tier-2 and tier-3 markets, we can hyper-localise a brand-led service to more of our valued customers. We aim to service 10,000 more motorcycles by the end of June.”

In collaboration with leading original equipment suppliers such as Motul, Amaron, and Ceat Tyres, Jawa is aims to provide top-notch servicing quality. Additionally, the brand will offer free extended warranties based on the outcomes of each motorcycle's health assessment at the camp. To enhance the ownership experience further, a dedicated zone will be set up for owners interested in upgrading their motorcycles, where they can assess the exchange value.

The phase-two service camps will be held in various cities including Jalandhar, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Dehradun, Faridabad, Indore, Salem, Kanpur, and others. Owners of 2019-2020 Jawa Motorcycles are encouraged to contact their nearest brand dealerships and reserve their slots.
