The company’s Gross Transaction Value (GTV) rose 23% YoY to ₹4,347.5 crore, driven by strong growth in its bus (+51%) and flight (+29%) segments.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 36% YoY to ₹28.5 crore, while cash flow from operations for the first half of FY26 stood at ₹91.5 crore, up 30% YoY. Profit before tax stood at ₹(2.5) crore for the quarter, including a one-time ESOP expense of ₹26.9 crore. Excluding this impact, profit before tax was ₹24.4 crore, up 26% YoY.

Co-founders Rajnish Kumar and Aloke Bajpai said ixigo’s growth outpaced the overall market despite capacity challenges, with continued leadership in the train segment and momentum in buses and flights. They added that recent fundraises would support ixigo’s long-term plan to enhance its AI-driven travel experience and expand into new categories and markets.

During the quarter, ixigo announced multiple initiatives, including QR-based Delhi Metro ticketing in partnership with DMRC and ONDC, AI Smart Filters for flight searches, and Aadhaar-based IRCTC authentication to simplify train bookings. Subsidiary AbhiBus added seven new state transport corporation partners, expanding its nationwide network to 17 SRTCs.

Founded in 2007, ixigo operates travel platforms such as ixigo, ConfirmTkt, and AbhiBus, serving over 540 million annual active users in FY25.
