iRasus Technologies and Jouletap Partnership Delivers Battery Performance Gains

iRasus Technologies has completed a year of collaboration with Jouletap, a lithium battery solutions provider for electric vehicles, yielding improvements in battery performance and operational efficiency through its Preksha analytics platform.

The partnership, which began in November 2023, has focused on applying artificial intelligence to battery management challenges facing India's expanding electric vehicle sector. Jouletap, operating as Rolfe Motors and Energy Private Limited, integrated the Preksha platform across its operations to monitor battery health and predict maintenance requirements.

The platform combines mobile and web applications with customized dashboards and real-time reporting capabilities. According to the companies, this approach has enabled proactive maintenance scheduling and reduced unexpected equipment failures.

Anirudh Ramesh, CTO and Co-Founder of iRasus Technologies, stated the partnership aims to make advanced battery intelligence accessible to companies contributing to India's electric vehicle transition. The collaboration has focused on improving battery performance, minimizing downtime, and extending asset lifecycles.

Ankit Kumar from Jouletap's Vendor Development and Quality Control team noted the platform has increased operational efficiency and contributed to enhanced product and service delivery to customers.

The collaboration comes as India develops its electric vehicle manufacturing capabilities. Battery management has emerged as a critical infrastructure component, addressing challenges including battery degradation, safety requirements, and operational efficiency.

iRasus Technologies, founded by Arjun Sinha Roy and Anirudh Ramesh, develops AI-powered battery analytics and energy intelligence solutions. The Preksha platform serves manufacturers, integrators, fleet operators, and charging infrastructure providers across the battery value chain.

Jouletap specializes in lithium battery solutions for India's electric vehicle market, focusing on energy storage systems for sustainable transportation.
