Siemens Digital Industries Software announced Tuesday that Addverb Technologies, an Indian robotics and warehouse automation company, has implemented multiple software solutions from the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio to enhance its automation development processes and customer service operations.
The partnership centers on three key software platforms: Teamcenter for product lifecycle management, Tecnomatix Plant Simulation for virtual system design, and the Mendix low-code platform for application development.
Addverb has used these tools to create digital twins for most of its automation offerings and streamline its after-sales operations.
According to Sangeet Kumar, CEO of Addverb Technologies, the implementation has transformed the company's approach to equipment management and maintenance.
The software suite has enabled centralized facilities management and structured workflows for issue tracking, allowing the company to identify potential problems before they cause equipment failures.
"We've turned operational pain points into process strengths, helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable services," Kumar stated in the announcement.
