Hyundai Motor India standardises 3-point seatbelt and safety reminder for all seats across lineup

Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) and Hill Assist Control (HAC) will also be available as standard on VENUE and above models, including N Line range (i20 and VENUE).

Hyundai Motor India, the number two player in passenger vehicles in India, has announced the standardisation of the 3-point seatbelt and seat belt reminder for all seats across its entire model lineup.

Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai Motor India, a part of the wholly owned subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company said, “Customer safety is our utmost priority and we have been the forerunners in standardisation of safety features. At Hyundai, we are committed to consistently elevate the safety standards of our product line-up and thus, in-sync with Indian Government’s direction, we have upgraded our full range model line-up with 3-point seatbelt and seatbelt reminder for all seats as standard offering.”

All Hyundai models will now be offered with 3-point seat belt and seat belt reminder for all seats as standard. Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) and Hill Assist Control (HAC) will also be available as standard on VENUE and above models, including N Line range (i20 and VENUE).
