Hyundai Motor India launches new 10-day customer connect program

The nationwide Hyundai Smart Care Clinic will offer a wide range of benefits for customers

Hyundai Motor India Ltd., (HMIL) has launched the Hyundai Smart Care Clinic campaign, a 10-day nationwide customer connect program, which will provide after sale offers along with special year-end offers and benefits.

The Hyundai Smart Care Clinic program is an initiative designed to motivate customers to maintain their Hyundai cars consistently throughout the year. The initiative aims to educate customers about the significance of regular maintenance and encourages them to contribute to a greener tomorrow. Hyundai's Smart offers will be available from November 20 to 29, providing customers with new incentives. Additionally, more than 1000 lucky customers will have the opportunity to win daily prizes from a diverse range of rewards during this period.

Commenting on the launch of Hyundai Smart Care Clinic, Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd., said, “The year 2023 has been a milestone year for Hyundai Motor India. Our newest entry SUV - Exter has taken the industry by storm and already received an overwhelming response with close to 100,000 bookings. IONIQ 5 has also received an astounding response with more than 1000 vehicles sold so far since its launch in early 2023."

Hyundai has always been a customer-centric brand offering unmatched after-sales experience while keeping sustainability at its core," he added. 

The nationwide Hyundai Smart Care Clinic will offer a wide range of benefits for customers which include a free 70-point checkup, 10% Discount on Mechanical Parts, Up to 20% Discount on Mechanical Labour among other offers. 

Hyundai Smart Care Clinic is also providing smart offers on dry wash which will help in reducing water wastage, it said in a release.
