Hyundai Motor India launches 'myHyundai' app

The app will act as a thorough post-sale guide, empowering customers with vast information regarding products, services, and benefits.

Hyundai Motor India (HMI), has introduced its new mobile application ‘myHyundai’ as a unified platform for products, services, and benefits for its customers.

The new app offers enhanced convenience and centralised access for a myriad of Hyundai services including online car purchases, booking routine servicing, accessing connected mobility, and Pre-Owned Car Buying and Selling as part of its feature offerings.

The app will also factor in customers to locate and book slots for the nearest available charging station for electric vehicles and take the assistance of road-side assistance said Tarun Garg, Director, Sales, Marketing and Service, Hyundai Motor India.

Garg pointed out that it is an industry-first versatile one-stop solution to explore, access, and use products, services and benefits in the Hyundai universe. 

"As we continue to take our customers on a journey ‘Beyond Mobility’, myHyundai offers a heightened user experience through the seamless integration of information and services on a single platform," he further.

The app will also act as a thorough post-sale guide, empowering customers with vast information regarding products, services, and benefits. Customers can also experience a plethora of services as well as unique offers for their car, mobility and lifestyle-related needs from Hyundai's partner ecosystem.
