Hyundai Motor Group is co-hosting the Hydrogen Council Global CEO Summit in Seoul from December 2 to 4, convening international leaders to discuss hydrogen's role in the global energy transition.
The summit will welcome approximately 200 CEOs and senior executives from nearly 100 hydrogen companies, along with government officials from Korea, France, Germany, and Australia. As Co-Chair of the Hydrogen Council, Hyundai Motor Group is providing comprehensive logistical support for the event.
In a milestone for sustainable event management, the summit will exclusively utilize hydrogen-powered vehicles for all transportation needs. Hyundai Motor Group is deploying a fleet of 50 NEXO fuel cell electric vehicles and six UNIVERSE fuel cell buses to serve delegates throughout the three-day gathering.

Participants will have opportunities to experience Korea's hydrogen mobility infrastructure firsthand through Ride & Drive sessions featuring NEXO SUVs and site visits to key facilities, including the National Assembly hydrogen refueling station.
The summit agenda focuses on practical strategies for scaling hydrogen projects to meet global energy transition objectives. Discussions will address demand growth, regulatory frameworks, infrastructure expansion, and standardization efforts. The event will also feature a Korean Market Session highlighting advanced hydrogen practices from leading Korean companies.
Hyundai Motor Group operates HTWO, its dedicated hydrogen brand and business platform, which spans the hydrogen value chain from production and storage to application. The platform serves as an open collaboration space for investment and partnerships in the hydrogen economy.
The Hydrogen Council, established at the 2017 World Economic Forum in Davos, is a CEO-led global initiative uniting companies committed to advancing clean energy transition through hydrogen technology.
